ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES:
The Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre & Victoria Royals Administrative Offices are located near Gate #3 on the east side of the arena, inside the Royals Merchandise Store.

The office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.

AIR HORNS & NOISEMAKERS:
Horns of any kind and other mechanically enhanced noisemakers are not permitted at the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre at any time unless otherwise permitted by the artist or promoter.   Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre Management reserves the right to remove any noisemaker which hinders other patrons enjoyment of an event.

ALCOHOL SERVICE:
Patrons of the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre must be 19 years of age or older to purchase and/or consume alcoholic beverages. Eventium Food Services reserves the right to request identification from any patron looking 30 years of age or younger. The Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre reserves the right to eject anyone under the legal drinking age of 19 years who is observed to be consuming alcohol on the premises.

The Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre & Eventium Food Services will not serve more than two (2) alcoholic beverages to a patron at one time and reserve the right to limit service to one (1) drink per patron. The Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre will not serve any patron whom we believe to be intoxicated.  Patrons are not permitted to bring in outside alcoholic beverages of any kind into the arena and may be subject to eviction by doing so.

For Victoria Royals games, alcohol sales within the arena will conclude at the beginning of the third period. Individual concerts and events are determined on a show to show basis. Eventium Food Services has the right to discontinue alcohol sales at anytime during an event.

ANIMALS:
Animals are not permitted in the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre. Exceptions include guide, sign and signal dogs to persons with disabilities. If attending an event with a service animal, please notify the ticket agent at the time of purchase if an aisle seat is required.

ANNOUNCEMENTS (BIRTHDAY & ANNIVERSARIES):
We will be happy to announce Birthdays or Anniversaries at Victoria Royals Home Games. Requests must be placed at least forty eighty (48) hours prior to each game. Click here to submit your announcement request.

ATM MACHINES:
There are seven (7) ATM’s located inside the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre.  Locations on the main concourse include two (2) outside Section 103, two (2) outside Section 115 and two (2) outside Section 112 .  The seventh (7) ATM is located in the Molson Fan Deck Club Lounge located above the Club Seats (Sections 107-111).  Please note that during Victoria Royals games this ATM is accessible to only Club Seat Holders & Suite holders with a valid ticket.  During concerts this ATM may or may not be available depending on the stage location.

AWARENESS: 
Pucks, sticks and other objects will sometimes leave the ice surface and land in the seating area of Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre. You are urged to be alert and to follow the play and the puck at all times. Our medical staff is there to assist you in the event that you are hit, however, if you require immediate assistance, contact any staff member of the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre and report the incident.  Fans are welcome to keep pucks that are shot into the stands. The First Aid station is located on the main concourse level near the Victoria Royals bench under section 110.

BABY CHANGING STATION:
There are a total of 5 baby changing stations that can be found in various washrooms throughout the arena.  Including 3 in the main concourse level, 1 in the club lounge level and 1 in the Lion’s Den Restaurant.

BAG POLICY:
Backpacks, luggage, duffel bags and over-sized purses are not permitted in the arena during events.  Guests will be required to return their bags to their vehicles or another secure area prior to admittance. All allowable bags may be subject to search prior to entry. The Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre reserves the right to amend the bag policy based on the requests of specific tours.  Please contact the arena to confirm the bag policy.

BALLOONS:
For safety reasons, balloons of any kind are not permitted in Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre.

BANNERS, FLAGS & SIGNS:

Banners, flags and signs are permitted at games and events provided they are no larger than 24″ x 36″ and do not interfere with the event or other patrons enjoyment of the event. The Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre reserves the right to remove any sign deemed to be inappropriate. Individual events have the right to revoke this policy without prior notification. Banners, flags and signs cannot be affixed to any part of Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre. Poles, sticks or any other object to display banners, flags or signs are not permitted.

BICYCLES:
Bicycles are not permitted inside the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre. Bicycle racks are located around the exterior of the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre for your convenience.

BINOCULARS:
Patrons are more than welcome to bring a pair of binoculars with them to the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre to enhance their overall experience. The Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre does not rent binoculars.

BOTTLES & CONTAINERS:
Bottles (plastic, metal or glass), cans and containers are not permitted inside the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre.

BOX OFFICE:
The Select Your Tickets Box Office is located near Gate #1, on the southeast corner of the building where Caledonia & Blanshard Street meets.

CAMERAS:
Video, audio and recording devices (including professional cameras, tablets and/or iPads) are strictly prohibited in the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre.  Personal use cameras (SLR/removable lenses not permitted) are permitted provided that they are still cameras (no video) and no flash photography is permitted once the event and/or game has started. The Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre reserves the right to examine and prohibit the use of any cameras that it deems unacceptable.

CELLULAR PHONES:
Cellular phones are permitted in the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre, provided they do not interfere with other patron’s enjoyment of the event.

CHILDREN ENTRY:
Children twenty-three (23) months and under do not require a ticket to MOST events at the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre, provided that they sit on the lap of an adult throughout the entire event. Please note that for certain child-related events, children who have reached their first birthday require a ticket. COMPLAINTS:
Complaints regarding services provided to patrons during an event or hockey game should be directed to the Guest Services desk located under section 115 on the main concourse level.  The Guest Services department will use all reasonable efforts to resolve complaints. If an event has passed and patrons wish to provide feedback or have any questions/concerns they can submit an email to info@sofmc.com.

CONCESSIONS:
The Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre has a number of Eventium Food Services run concessions located on the main concourse level offering a variety of food and beverages. DOORS OPEN:
Standard door times are as follows:
Victoria Royals Games – doors are open one (1) hour prior to the start of the game.
Concerts & Events – doors are generally open one (1) hour prior to the start of the event.  Please visit the event page for further information.  The Save-On-Foods has a no re-entry policy at all of our doors; once you leave the building during an event, you will not be permitted to return.

ELEVATORS:

There are four (4) elevators in the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre which allow patrons access to various areas including; club lounge level, restaurant level and luxury suite level.

Elevator #2, located on the southwest side of the building, is designated to provide access for Patrons who have suite tickets or for accredited media who have designated media passes.

Elevator #3, located on the east side of the building, is designated for those Patrons with disabilities or who may need special assistance to access seating in Sections 107-111.  It is also available to suite level Patrons.

Elevator #4, on the northeast side of the building, is designated for Patrons who are attending the Kings Feast Restaurant.

ENTRY INSPECTIONS:

Patrons entering Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre are subject to visual and/or pat-down search as well as a bag check. Patrons may refuse inspection and if so, arena management may refuse entry.

FAMILY SECTION: 

Family seating is located in Section 104 for all Victoria Royals games; this is also our alcohol free section.

FAN CODE OF CONDUCT:
Fan courtesy is an important element of everyone’s enjoyment at any game or event. We ask that all Patrons adhere to the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre’s Code of Conduct and Courtesy. We are committed to providing a family-oriented, enjoyable and safe experience for everyone visiting our facility.

In the event that your experience is being disrupted by others that are engaging in unacceptable behaviour including:

  • Foul/abusive language or obscene gestures
  • Taunting or using offensive language against the players, referees or performers
  • Fighting or making threatening remarks or gestures to other patrons or staff
  • Disruption of the game or event including throwing objects onto the ice or in the stands, or trespassing into restricted areas
  • Indecent messages on signs or clothing
  • Impairment related to alcohol or drug consumption
  • Giving alcohol to minors
  • Smoking (including e-cigarettes, personal vapourizers & cannabis) inside the arena
  • Use of compressed gas air horns or other noisemakers

Any other conduct deemed by Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre to be inappropriate to the peace and good order of events or which may adversely affect the safety of persons or property.

Please report it to the nearest Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre staff member and we will promptly respond to the situation. The above actions may result in ejection from the building and ejected patrons will not receive a refund for their tickets or be compensated in any way for their loss.

You and your property may be subject to inspection upon entry to the facility and the following may cause you to be refused entry:

  • Impairment related to alcohol or drug consumption
  • Possession of alcohol, drugs or items deemed to be weapons
  • Abusive behaviour or language
  • Possession of inappropriately obtained tickets

Food items or beverages not purchased at the arena are not allowed into the facility.

Whistle Policy – As a courtesy to fellow patrons during Victoria Royals games, we ask that you wait for a stoppage in play to return to your seats.

Season Ticket Holders are responsible for the actions of others who use their tickets.

Patrons should be alert and aware of hockey pucks and other objects that may enter the seating area. Risk of injury is greatly increased by those who are not aware of the play in progress. WHL rules prohibit patrons from interfering with play in any way.

FIRST AID:

The First Aid Station is located in the main concourse near section 110/111. Emergency medical services attendants are available at all events at the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre.  If you are in need of medication attention, please notify a Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre employee immediately.

FOOD ALLERGIES:

The Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre is happy to accommodate guests with food allergies or medical conditions that require a specific type of food and/or beverage.  Guests with these allergies or conditions may be permitted to bring certain items into the Centre. Please arrange for approval from Guest Services (250-220-2602) prior to the event day. Ingredient information is available on request from all concessions.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE:
Outside food and beverage of any kind is prohibited from entering the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre. Concession stands located on the concourse level of the arena provide a variety of food and beverage (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) items.

GUEST SERVICES:
The Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre Guest Services desk is located in the main concourse level near Gate #1. Guest Services can assist you with lost persons, seating issues and general questions. The Guest Services desk is manned from door opening until one-half hour after the conclusion of an event.

HEELIES:
For safety and security purposes, the wearing of shoes with wheels embedded in the soles is prohibited in the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre.

ICE RENTALS:
To inquire about renting the ice, please use this form. We will contact you to let you know what’s available.

LOST AND FOUND:
Items found during or after an event should be taken to the Guest Services desk located at Gate #1. Lost and found items are kept for thirty (30) days and then either disposed of or donated to an appropriate charity. To find out about lost items please call the administrative offices 250-220-2600 (extension 0).

LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS:
Please contact the Select Your Tickets Box Office at 250-220-7777 for information regarding lost or stolen tickets.

PARKING:
The parking lot at the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre is run by Robbins Parking. A rate of $15.00 per stall is charged during concerts/events/hockey games. Spaces are available on a first come first served basis, with no in-out privileges. You may access the parking lot from either Caledonia Street or Pembroke Street. Additional parking lots can be found in the area surrounding the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre. Click here for a parking map.

Robbins Parking has also introduced the mobile payment option for the lot at the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre via the HONK Mobile app. Within this program, a limited number of reserved spots will be available for each event.  The fee for a reserved spot will be $20.25. PROHIBITED ITEMS:

Any items deemed unacceptable by the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre staff or its designees. Patrons found in possession of a prohibited item will be asked to remove and dispose of the item. Patrons who refuse to comply will be subject to eviction.

PUBLIC SKATING:
The City of Victoria Recreation Services Department is responsible for providing all public skating at the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre. The public skating schedule can be found at www.victoria.ca/arena.

RANDOM LINE-UP/LOTTERY DRAW POLICY:
Upon arrival please wait to receive a numbered ticket. Tickets will be handed out starting 90 minutes prior to the on-sale time until 35 minutes prior to the on-sale time.

Once you’ve received a numbered ticket, you are not required to remain on the premises; however you must be present 30 minutes prior to the on sale time for the random ticket draw.

30 minutes prior to the on-sale a number will be drawn and that person will become first in line with all those numbers after that lining up sequentially behind. Those that have a number that precedes the first number drawn will go to the end of the line. This process is to ensure consumer fairness.

Once you have your position in line please have your method of payment ready.

Purchasing online at www.selectyourtickets.com is the best recommended method of purchase for this or any show at Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre.

RE-ENTRY POLICY:
Exit and re-entry is not permitted at the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre.  Patrons with medical or other emergencies who wish to leave and return to the building should report to Guest Services Desk located at Gate #1 for further instructions.

SCALPING/TICKET RESELLING:
Ticket scalpers are not recognized ticket agents of the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre. If you purchase tickets from a scalper, intentionally or not, you risk being refused entry. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen, void or other invalid tickets, the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre strongly requests all Patrons to purchase their tickets from the Select Your Tickets Box Office.  Patrons may not re-sell tickets at any price on arena property.

SEATING:
All Patrons are required to sit in the assigned seats as indicated on their valid event ticket. If you have an issue with your seat please inform any of our Guest Services staff to help rectify the situation.

SMOKING POLICY:
The Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre is a smoke-free venue. In adherence with City of Victoria health bylaws, we do not provide designated outdoor smoking areas and there are no in-and-out privileges. Any guest found smoking inside the arena will be evicted. This includes the use of e-cigarettes, personal vapourizers & cannabis. We ask that Patrons refrain from bringing cigarettes/e-cigarettes/personal vapourizers/cannabis into the facility and patrons found to have these items on their person will be asked to return them to their vehicle or dispose of them.

STROLLERS:

Strollers are permitted in the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre. Fold up or collapsible strollers are preferred and must be checked in at the Guest Services desk upon entry.
