Fans With Special Needs

We welcome the opportunity to serve all our guests. The Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre is committed to the enjoyment of every guest and our Guest Services Department & Staff are available to help patrons as needed at all Royals games and ticketed events.

Parking spaces for patrons with mobility/accessibility impairments are located in the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre lot on the east side of the arena. The current parking charge for events and hockey games is $15.00 per stall.  Robbins Parking runs the arena parking lot and has staff on site approximately 90 minutes before the start of the game/event. Click here for a  map of the parking lots in the vicinity of the arena.

The Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre has dedicated accessible seating areas available for guests with disabilities. Accessible seating is located at various vantage points in the arena, depending on the type of event and seating configuration. One guest ticket may be sold with each accessible ticket, based on availability. Guests can contact the Select Your Tickets box office at 250-220-7789 for information regarding the availability of accessible seating.  Please inform your ticket seller of any special needs you may have that require accommodation when purchasing your ticket.

The concession stands located throughout the arena concourse are at a height which allow for wheelchair access.

All entrances at the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre are accessible, however, the most convenient entrance for guests using a wheelchair or with accessibility issues is our drop off and pick up area on the east side of the building at Gate #3. Elevators are conveniently located just inside Gate #3 as well as at our Gate #1 (on the Blanshard Street side of the building).

All washrooms in the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre are wheelchair accessible. In addition, designated accessible washrooms are located on the concourse level outside Section 102, Club Lounge Level at Section 111 and in the Lion’s Den Restaurant.

The Guest Services desk is located in the main concourse outside Section 115 and can provide seating assistance for guests with disabilities and accessibility restrictions.

Service Animals are welcome at the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre. Please notify your ticket seller at the time of purchase if an aisle seat is required for your service animal.

The Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre also has an Arena Accessibility Information pamphlet that covers the information above and provides a map of the arena concourse. Patrons can pick up a copy at the arena from the Select Your Tickets Box Office, the arena Administrative Offices and on event/game nights from the Guest Services desk. In addition, event staff greeting patrons at the door when they arrive during events have copies they can provide.  For an electronic copy of the pamphlet, click here.

Any questions regarding accessibility at the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre can be directed to the Guest Services department at 250-220-2602.
