Please arrive at the venue early to ensure you have enough time to go through security. Patrons are subject to a pat-down search as well as a bag check and metal detectors. Patrons may refuse inspection and if so, arena management may refuse entry.
- GA FLOOR PATRONS: Please proceed to GATE 2 at SOFMC to have your GA Floor wristband put on. Wristbanding will be required for all GA Floor ticket holders.

No Re-entry: SOFMC has a no-entry policy. Once you leave the building during an event, you are not permitted to return.

Cashless: We are cashless (Effective January 2024). GSL-managed venues and companies no longer accept cash payments. Debit, credit card, gift card, and mobile tap only.
- Event Parking is limited. We encourage carpooling, using public transit, or other methods of transportation to and from the venue. Secure bike parking is available near Gate 3.
- Lion’s Den Restaurant will be open at 5:00 PM for a buffet dinner. Reservations are recommended and can be made on SOFMC.com. Entrance to the restaurant is via Gate #6.
- Reminder: Live sports, concerts, and events may include loud music and high noise levels. To ensure safety and hearing protection, we strongly advice all attendees to bring earplugs or earmuffs, particularly for children under the age of 5.
- Guest Services: The Guest Services desk is located on the main concourse near Gate 1. Guest Services can assist you with lost persons, seating issues, and general questions. A Guest Services staff member will be available from when the doors open until half an hour after the conclusion of an event.

2025 has been a big year for rock giants Three Days Grace with the release of their latest album Alienation, with #1 songs “Mayday” and “Apologies” along with sold out shows in Canada (co-headline with Volbeat) and the US (co-headline with Breaking Benjamin) and an upcoming sold out European tour (Badflower). Now, the band is announcing their 2026 Alienation tour, kicking off in Fort Wayne, Indiana in February, before hitting Canada and Europe and wrapping up the tour in November for the final show in Los Angeles, California. The US tour dates will receive support from I Prevail and The Funeral Portrait, Canada will see support from Finger Eleven and Royal Tusk on select dates, and Europe support acts announced shortly.
Tickets will be on sale beginning Friday, November 14 at 10am local time.
