Please arrive at the venue early to ensure you have enough time to go through security. Patrons are subject to a pat-down search as well as a bag check and metal detectors. Patrons may refuse inspection and if so, arena management may refuse entry.

No Re-entry: SOFMC has a no-entry policy. Once you leave the building during an event, you are not permitted to return.

Cashless: We are cashless (Effective January 2024). GSL-managed venues and companies no longer accept cash payments. Debit, credit card, gift card, and mobile tap only.
- Event Parking is limited. We encourage carpooling, public transit, or other transportation options to and from the venue. Secure bike parking is available near Gate 3.
- Lion’s Den Restaurant will be open at 5:30 PM for a buffet dinner. Reservations are recommended and can be made on SOFMC.com. Entrance to the restaurant is via Gate #6.
- Reminder: Live sports, concerts, and events may include loud music and high noise levels. To ensure safety and hearing protection, we strongly advise all attendees to bring earplugs or earmuffs, especially children under age 5.
- Guest Services: The Guest Services desk is located on the main concourse near Gate 1. Guest Services can assist you with lost persons, seating issues, and general questions. A Guest Services staff member will be available from when the doors open until half an hour after the conclusion of an event.

- Will Call: We advise all patrons to pick up tickets in advance. Photo I.D. is required. The Select Your Tickets box office is located near Gate #1 at Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre. Canadian sons and classic rock legends Burton Cummings and Randy Bachman will tour as The Guess Who for the first time in 23 years. After six decades and a hard-fought battle to reclaim their name, the band has announced a celebratory Canadian tour for 2026.
Cummings reflects, “Randy and I are thrilled that our songs have never gone away. That people still want to hear us perform them live. We are going to go out and HONOUR the music.“ Bachman adds, “I’m looking ahead and very excited to be joining up with Burton and touring as The Guess Who again. Together we created decades of incredible songs and memories that still stand strong today. Can’t wait to sing them with you all soon!”
Formed in 1965, The Guess Who – who have been dubbed “the Canadian Beatles” – released eleven studio albums, all of which charted in both Canada and the United States, including 1970s American Woman, which went to Number One in Canada and Number 9 in the US. They’ve placed fourteen singles in the US Top 40 chart and more than thirty in Canada – rock & roll classics like “American Woman,” “These Eyes,” “No Sugar Tonight/New Mother Nature,” and “No Time.” Just last month, Burton and Randy were announced as 2026 Songwriters Hall of Fame nominees.
With their unmatched songwriting catalogue and deep influence on rock music, this moment marks a rare and meaningful full-circle return – one that longtime fans have been waiting for, and one that underscores just how enduring their mighty legacy continues to be.
