Arrive Early: Please arrive at the venue early to ensure you have enough time to go through the security process, including pat-down and bag checks. Patrons may refuse inspection, and if so, arena management may refuse entry.
- GA FLOOR PATRONS: Please proceed to GATE 2 at Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre to have your GA Floor wristband put on. Wristbanding will be required for all GA Floor ticket holders. Wristbands will only be available at GATE 2 and no other entrances.

Reminder: SOFMC has a no-entry policy. Once you leave the building during an event, you are not permitted to return.

Cashless: We are cashless (Effective January 2024). GSL-managed venues and companies no longer accept cash payments. Debit, credit card, gift card, and mobile tap only.

Head towards Gate 1 to view or purchase tour merchandise.
- Event Parking is limited. We encourage carpooling, using public transit, or other methods of transportation to and from the venue.
- Lion’s Den Restaurant will be closed for this event.
- Live sports, concerts, and events may include loud music and high noise levels. To ensure safety and hearing protection, we strongly advise all attendees to bring earplugs or earmuffs, particularly for children under the age of 5.
