Added Security, Arrive Early: Please arrive at the venue early to ensure you have enough time to go through the security process, including pat-down and bag checks. Patrons may refuse inspection, and if so, arena management may refuse entry.
Reminder: SOFMC has a no-entry policy. Once you leave the building during an event, you are not permitted to return.
Cashless: We are cashless (Effective January 2024). GSL-managed venues and companies no longer accept cash payments. Debit, credit card, gift card, and mobile tap only.
Head towards Gate 1 to view or purchase tour merchandise.
Event Parking is limited. We encourage carpooling, using public transit, or other methods of transportation to and from the venue.
Lion’s Den Restaurant will be closed for this event.
Live sports, concerts, and events may include loud music and high noise levels. To ensure safety and hearing protection, we strongly advise all attendees to bring earplugs or earmuffs, particularly for children under the age of 5.

GA Floor Patrons: Please proceed to Gate 1 at SOFMC to have your GA Floor wristband put on. Wristbanding will be required only for GA floor ticket holders.

Will Call: We advise all patrons to pick up tickets in advance. Photo I.D. is required. The Select Your Tickets box office is located near Gate #1 at Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre. Random Line-Up/Lottery Draw Policy for Select Your Ticket On Sales

Upon arrival please wait to receive a numbered ticket. Tickets will be handed out starting 90 minutes prior to the on-sale time until 35 minutes prior to the on-sale time. Once you’ve received a numbered ticket, you are not required to remain on the premises; however you must be present 30 minutes prior to the on sale time for the random ticket draw. 30 minutes prior to the on-sale a number will be drawn and that person will become first in line with all those numbers after that lining up sequentially behind. Those that have a number that precedes the first number drawn will go to the end of the line. This process is to ensure consumer fairness.

Once you have your position in line please have your method of payment ready.

The Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre has dedicated accessible seating areas available for guests with disabilities. Accessible seating is located at various vantage points in the arena, depending on the type of event and seating configuration.
