- Our in house caterer (Aramark Sports and Entertainment) will provide all catering
- Catering can be provided in one of the prior noted dressing rooms, in our catering room across from the dressing rooms, or an area can be curtained off in our restaurant for the entertainer
Tradeshow Services – Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre exclusive provider of tradeshow services – Showtime Event and Display – Contact your Event Manager for more details
Security – Security needs and costs to be determined on a per event and risk basis
Concert Electrical Usage Fee – $1.00 per amp
Water & Drain Services – $30.00 per day.
Telephone Extensions – $100.00 per day, per outlet. Long distance is unlimited
Goods & Services Tax – Six percent (6%) of gross ticket receipts
SOCAN (Canadian Music Licensing) – 3.0% of gross receipts after tickets
Parking Rates – To be determined per event
Fax Service – $1.00 per page
Photocopies – $0.25 per page
Merchandise Sales – Rates to be determined per event
- Tables $10.00 per day
- Chairs $0.50 per day
- Stage $3.00 per sq. ft.
- Spot Lights $250.00 per day plus operator
- Fork Lift $300.00 per day plus operator
